We are looking to hire experienced Momo Folding staff to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing a variety of momos with consistency, hygiene, and speed.
 

Job Description:

• Assist head cook and kitchen staff in the preparation of momos (vegetarian and non-vegetarian).

• Help in dough preparation, filling, shaping, and steaming of momos.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area at all times.

• Follow standard recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistency.

• Ensure all raw materials are properly cleaned, cut, and stored.

• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to meet food safety standards.

• Support with packing and labeling of finished products when required.

• Assist in cleaning utensils, equipment, and workstations after operations.
   

Who can apply: Prior experience in momo or dumpling folding.
