We are seeking a proactive and capable HR Talent Acquisition who will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while also contributing to broader HR and administrative responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to grow within a fast-scaling organization.
Job Description:

Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.

Handle employee relations, including investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns, and conflicts.

Ensure all recruitment and HR practices comply with company SOPs and statutory requirements.

Oversee general HR administration work and maintain accurate employee records.

Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and labor laws.

Support employee engagement and grievance handling processes.

Manage office operations and facilities, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
Who can apply:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

2-5 years of experience in HR, including recruitment, employee relations, and administration.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in computer skills and MS Office.

Has familiarity with recruitment tools & platforms.

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage diverse responsibilities.
Salary: Negotiable based on relevant experience.
