
Production Executive (Food Production)
The Production Executive will manage and oversee all the daily operations in our food manufacturing unit (veg & non-veg). The role involves ensuring smooth production, maintaining food safety standards, and driving operational efficiency.
Job Description:

Coordinate and oversee daily food production operations to ensure timely execution of the production plan for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food products.

Monitor food manufacturing processes to maintain consistent product quality, hygiene, and efficient workflow across all food production shifts.

Ensure all food products meet internal quality benchmarks and comply with food safety regulations by conducting routine food safety inspections and process audits.

Manage raw materials and food-grade packaging inventory; coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of food ingredients.

Supervise food production staff, allocate duties, manage shift schedules, and handle team-related concerns to ensure smooth food operations.

Address food production issues related to equipment, manpower, or food material shortages promptly to avoid operational delays.

Identify and implement improvements in food production processes to enhance productivity, reduce food wastage, and improve resource utilization.

Maintain accurate documentation of food production data including batch yields, food material usage, wastage, and machine downtime.

Work closely with food quality assurance, maintenance, logistics, and food supply chain teams to ensure coordinated and efficient food operations.

Develop, implement, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to food processing, food safety, and sanitation protocols.

Ensure strict compliance with food industry regulations including GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, ISO standards, and internal food safety systems.

Conduct training programs for staff on food production practices, food hygiene, and equipment safety, tailored for veg and non-veg food operations.

Generate and analyze daily and weekly production reports; recommend actions for improving food quality, process efficiency, and safety.

Any other work assigned by supervisors.
Who can apply:

The candidate must have relevant work experience in the food industry, preferably in frozen food.

Holds a Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Food Science/Food Technology/Biotechnology or related field.

Proficiency in basic computer working and Microsoft Office.
Salary: Negotiable as per relevant experience in the Food industry.
