The Refrigeration & AC Technician will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of refrigeration systems across the cafés and factory unit. The person will ensure that all refrigeration equipment is running efficiently to support seamless production and operations.

 

Job description:

• Responsible for routine maintenance and servicing of industrial refrigeration systems, including ACs, cold rooms, deep freezers, chillers, IQF units, and associated control systems.

• Conduct routine inspections and operational checks of equipment to maintain optimal performance.

• Learn and assist in basic troubleshooting of refrigeration units and other related equipment.

• Support senior technicians in preventive maintenance tasks and daily equipment checks.

• Collaborate with production, quality control, and café operations teams to ensure coordinated maintenance.

• Has knowledge of required guidelines and follows safety protocols and hygiene standards while working in food processing and café environments.

• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions, and help implement preventive measures.

• Maintain logs and records of daily maintenance activities.

• Manage inventory and spare parts, ensuring availability of essential resources for timely repairs and maintenance.

• Any other task assigned by the management.
   

Who can apply: 

• ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration, Mechanical, or related field.

• Have 4-7 years of experience in refrigeration system maintenance (food industry experience preferred). Must have worked in Freon-based refrigeration systems.

• Have basic knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical controls, and preventive maintenance practices.

• Possess ability to work in cold storage and food processing environments.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

• Commitment to safety, hygiene, and operational excellence.
