The warehouse officer will be responsible for handling, organizing, and maintaining the inventory of raw materials, packaging items, and finished goods, including both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food products. He should ensure a smooth supply chain for daily food production and maintain proper food safety and compliance protocols.

Job Description:

• Receive and inspect incoming and outgoing materials – including veg and non-veg raw food items – ensuring accurate documentation and quality checks.

• Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular inventory counts.

• Organize the warehouse layout for efficient access, with designated zones for chilled, frozen, dry, veg, and non-veg materials.

• Ensure materials are stored under proper conditions.

• Issue raw materials and packaging items to production as per requisitions, maintaining FIFO/FEFO practices at all times.

• Use inventory software to track stock and generate reports.

• Support warehouse audits, safety compliance, and improvement initiatives.

• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines. 

• Any other work assigned by supervisors.
